YOU MUST ALWAYS SEPARATE YOUR LAUNDRY FROM YOUR DRY CLEANING.
ALL ITEMS WITHOUT A CARE LABEL ARE CLEANED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
SHIRTS AND BEDDING WILL BE RINSED ONLY FOR BEST RESULTS IRONING.
IF YOU HAVE ANY HOLES/DAMAGES, VISIBLE AND INVISIBLE, THESE MAY WORSEN.
IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES/SKIN SENSITIVITY PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN DETERGENTS.
DON’T INCLUDE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT MACHINE WASHABLE OR TUMBLE DRY SAFE. IF YOU DO, YOU MUST LABEL CLEARLY AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMER RISK.
PROVIDE A LIST OF ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER. ORDERS WITHOUT A LIST WILL BE SUBJECT TO OUR CHECKLIST OF ITEMS RECEIVED.
