Book my Collection
Delivery and collection times. We will endeavour to collect and deliver on the day between 10 am – 6 pm. We can try and accommodate a “delivery window” for you but unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific times as routes are dynamic and traffic conditions vary. If we are unable to reach you we will arrange for collection and/or delivery the following working day or at our earliest convenience.
Prices. Prices are as per price guide with variations as specified.
Your invoice. Your invoice will provide you with a detailed accounting of your order as well as the total amount due. This can be sent via email within 48 hours of collection or with your delivery.
Payment. Payment is made by card which we keep securely on file. We will call after receiving your delivery request via our website to collect your credit card details. Your card will be charged prior to delivery. The customer copy slip will be sent together with your invoice.
Timing. On-demand, weekly or bi-weekly? Our standard turnaround for home collection and delivery is one week and we return your order the same day the following week. This works for most customers, especially customers that send in an order weekly or bi-weekly. If however, you need your order returned more quickly we can try and accommodate this and see how best we can serve you.
